Clinical Therapist
We are seeking talented and motivated Licensed Clinical Therapists (LCSWs, LCPCs, or LMFTs) who are passionate about delivering top-tier mental health care and are ready to grow with us. This position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact not only on our patients’ lives but also on how mental health services are delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach to each individual’s unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, personalized treatment experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology and novel therapies.
- Actively participate in the cultivation of Tides’ culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in developing best practices to improve the client-therapist relationship and overall client experience.
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing-related efforts in order to boost a diverse and strong client base
- Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to Tides’ strategic growth and vision.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to Tides’ mission and core values
- Passionate about participating in an entrepreneurial, growing startup environment
