Therapy for adults exploring identity, relationships & sexual
wellness.
Warm, affirming support for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients
ready to reconnect with their truth.
Let’s Start Here
You might be brand new to therapy, unsure of what to expect—or maybe you’ve done years of deep inner work. Either way, you’re here now, and that matters. You’re likely someone who’s deeply curious about yourself and your relationships. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected or stuck in old patterns that no longer fit. You’ve started to question the stories you’ve inherited—about identity, sex, intimacy, or what it means to be “enough.” What you want most is clarity: to live more freely, authentically, and in alignment with who you really are.
What would you say to someone who’s nervous or unsure about starting therapy?
What It’s Like to Work Together
I work with neurodivergent adults (diagnosed or self-identifying), LGBTQ+ individuals, and clients seeking sex therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. Together, we’ll explore identity, relationships, and sexual wellness in a space that’s free from shame and grounded in curiosity. I draw from narrative and trauma-informed practices to help you reconnect with your values, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build deeper emotional and relational insight. Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, identity shifts, or questions around intimacy, I meet you where you are—with honesty, respect, and care
What can clients expect it to feel like in a session with you?
In session, you can expect a space that feels honest, grounding, and fully affirming of who you are. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story. We’ll explore together—no pressure to perform, just room to be real. You don’t have to hide parts of yourself here.
What’s one reason you’re passionate about the work you do?
I’m passionate about this work because I know what it’s like to feel like you have to shrink or hide parts of yourself to be accepted. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to do that anymore. Supporting people as they come home to themselves—that’s powerful. That’s why I do this.
