Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions & emotional overwhelm.
Come as you are—therapy that meets you with warmth, curiosity, and room
to be real.
Let’s Start Here
You’re thoughtful and self-aware—maybe even the one others turn to for support—but lately, you’ve been feeling overwhelmed. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, grief, or a shift in your relationships or sense of identity, something just feels off. You’re craving a space where you don’t have to have it all together. A space where you can be real, not perfect. You want to understand yourself better, feel more grounded, and navigate hard moments with confidence and clarity
What would you say to someone who’s nervous or unsure about starting therapy?
Hi, I’m Chloe Coulstock, and I’m a therapist at Tides Mental Health. If you’re
feeling hesitant or nervous about starting therapy, you’re not alone. It can be
really vulnerable to open up, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your
own. My job is to meet you with warmth, honesty, and curiosity—at a pace
that feels right for you. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin

What It’s Like to Work Together
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space where your experiences and emotions are met with honesty, compassion, and respect. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you relate differently to painful thoughts and feelings while identifying what truly matters to you. I also draw from CBT, strengths-based, and client-centered approaches—always attuned to your lived experiences and the systems that shape them. Whether we’re building coping tools, unpacking self-doubt, or making space for grief, my goal is to help you reconnect with your needs, your values, and your voice
What can clients expect it to feel like in a session with you?
Sessions with me tend to feel warm, conversational, and flexible. I want you to feel like you can be your full self—messy emotions and all. We’ll build trust, move at your pace, and talk through whatever’s showing up for you, without pressure or judgment
What’s one reason you’re passionate about the work you do?
I love being a therapist because I get to hold space for people in such a real and human way. It’s incredibly meaningful to watch someone begin to trust themselves again, to see them reconnect with who they are and what matters to them
